One-Time Donation [Select Your Giving Choice]Recurring Donation [Select Your Giving Choice] Also Including the 10/40 ChallengeWhere Does Your Gift Go?
Your gifts will help cover the cost of our teams traveling to many nations to train local churches and indigenous volunteers who reach children for Jesus regularly through Christ-centered Bible clubs. Your funds will also help cover the cost of printing millions of TMC Bible lessons in local languages in 100+ nations, shipping, and operating expenses. We are able to supply our Bible lessons free of charge, thanks to the support of donors like you. This impacts millions of children in a wonderful way, as they are introduced to the Lord Jesus Christ and the abundant life He offers. Last year, over 70% of the 174 million TMC Bible lessons printed were for children living in the 10/40 Window, which is North Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
What Happens Next?
Once you’ve made your donation, we’ll send you a receipt along with a thank-you note. All gifts to The Mailbox Club are tax-deductible.

Leave a Legacy Through a Will or Trust
Thank you for your interest in supporting The Mailbox Club through a legacy gift, helping ensure the continuation of our ministry for years to come. Our plans for the future are simple: reach 30 million children for Jesus by 2030!
Our ministry model is to train, equip, and resource the global Church with our age-specific and Christ-centered Bible lessons so they are able to reach untold millions of children for Jesus and disciple them for years! Because of their gift-in-kind contribution, we are confident our ministry is scalable at a cost of $1 or less per child per year.
By including The Mailbox Club in your estate plan, you will leave a spiritual legacy that helps bring the Gospel to untold millions of children along with long-term discipleship. To learn more about the various ways to leave a legacy gift, consider the following:
Will or Trust
One of the simplest ways to leave a legacy for the next generation is to name The Mailbox Club in your will or trust. Your gift can be a stated dollar amount, a percentage, a specific asset, or the remainder of your estate after other distributions have been made.
The Mailbox Club’s tax identification number is 23-7229445. The Mailbox Club is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization operating as a Georgia nonprofit corporation.
Sample bequest language to be used in your will or trust:
I give the sum of _________ (either dollar amount or percentage) of my estate to The Mailbox Club, Attn: John Mark Eager or Joel Miller, 404 Eager Road, Valdosta, GA to be used for reaching the children of the world for Jesus Christ through The Mailbox Club Bible lessons.
Please consult an attorney if you have questions about starting or amending your will or trust.
Retirement Accounts
An excellent way to make a legacy gift is by naming The Mailbox Club as a direct or contingent beneficiary of your retirement plan or IRA. Retirement accounts are typically the best assets to leave to charity as they are the most heavily taxed assets in your estate. If you were to name The Mailbox Club as a beneficiary of your retirement account, you would avoid all tax on the amount distributed to The Mailbox Club while providing a lasting legacy to the ministry.
Changing your beneficiary designation requires minimal paperwork and can even be accomplished online if your account offers that service. You’ll also enjoy the flexibility of making future adjustments easily, without the need of legal assistance, should you desire to make any changes.
Life Insurance
A gift of your life insurance policy provides a unique opportunity to support the ongoing ministry of The Mailbox Club. Such a legacy gift is simple to arrange and does not require the services of an attorney or related legal costs.
By designating The Mailbox Club as the primary or contingent beneficiary of a life insurance policy, the size of the gift is assured in advance: it will not depend on the fluctuations of the market or other economic factors. Since the donation is made outside of your will or trust, it guarantees that your wishes will be carried out immediately and as intended. The policy will be included in your taxable estate when you pass away, but your estate will benefit from an estate-tax charitable deduction for the value of the gift to The Mailbox Club.
Charitable Gift Annuity
In partnership with the Barnabas Foundation, The Mailbox Club offers a giving opportunity that can provide a fixed income to you for life with immediate tax benefits, while securing future support for our ministry.
Through a charitable gift annuity, your gift pays you an income for as long as you, or you and your spouse, live. The annual payment percentage is based on your age at the time the gift is made and will never change, regardless of market fluctuations.
When you establish a charitable gift annuity, you not only receive a fixed income for life, but typically you will receive a significant charitable tax deduction for a portion of the gift. In addition, a part of your annual payout will be tax free. After you are gone, the remainder of the gift will go to The Mailbox Club to help us continue to be a source of clear and uncompromising Bible teaching.

- Gifts qualify for all or part of your required minimum distribution.
- IRA owner must be 70½ or older at the time of the gift.
- Gifts must be made directly from your IRA account to The Mailbox Club.
- Distributions to donor-advised funds or support organizations are not permissible.
- Gifts may only be made from traditional and Roth IRAs.
How to Proceed
- Contact your IRA administrator to obtain any required forms and follow their instructions.
- Let The Mailbox Club staff know that you are intending to make a charitable gift from your IRA.
